Spa Services Contract


CONTRACT PAID THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE INCLUDES:
* One Full Spa Service:  $90.00
* Three Months of Weekly Spa Service (4 visits per month) $180.00
TOTAL FOR THREE MONTH CONTRACT $270.00**
Weekly Service Includes:
Balance Water
* Add Water to maintain proper level as needed.
* Add chemicals as needed to maintain Ph level between 7.4 and 7.6.
* Add chemicals as needed to maintain total alkalinity level between 100ppm and 150 ppm.
Sanitizer
* Add bromine tablets as needed on a weekly basis.
* Vacuum and skim any particles that can be seen in water.

FULL SPA SERVICE: $90.00/Service - Every 3 Months Service (or as needed) Includes
* Drain water.
* Clean tub.
* Clean filter
* Fill and balance water.
* Clean and condition cover.
* Restart and bleed air

Terms and Conditions

A. Contract activated upon receipt of payment
B. Service renewals are due on the first of the month. A $25.00 late fee will apply to any renewal, repair, or supply invoice if not paid within 14 days of submission.
C. Spa service will be caneled if renewal invoice is not paid within 30 days after the first day of the month.
D. Prices listed are for small spa with only one filter. Spas with more than one filter are subject to an additional charge of $5.00 per filter on a full spa service.
E. Full service, Dump/Scrub, will be performed as needed even if done once already during a three-month period and billed in addition to contract amount.
F. Filters, mineral sticks, bromine tablets, and dispensers will be replaced as needed and invoiced additionally.
G. Chemicals used during service visits are included in the contract.  This does not include major sanitizer (chlorine/bromine) or other chemicals needed by user between service visits.  Chemicals, supplies, and accessories (chlorine/bromine, pressure gauges, etc.) will be provided as needed or requested.  The charges will be reflected in your next regular billing.
H. Extreme weather conditions do sometimes slow down the servicing process beyond our control. Service customers are expected to help by providing snow removal to assure adequate parking and access to tub and equipment. We reserve the right to either perform snow removal duties and charge you $30.00/hr., or, in extreme cases, not to service your tub, but still charge for the attempted visit.
I. All necessary keys and/or alarm codes must be provided before service will be started.
J. There will be no charge for travel time if within a reasonable distance from Tahoe City. Locations outside of Tahoe Vista, Homewood, and Squaw Valley will be subject to an additional $2.00 minimum per visit.
K.
Renewal invoice will be mailed out two weeks prior to next three-month service period. Original contract will be held on file and same contract, with terms and conditions, will apply on each invoice
L. Contract may be canceled and prorated by TAHOE DIVERSITIES at any time.
M.
TAHOE DIVERSITIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE, WEATHER CONDITIONS, OR USER'S ABUSE AND/OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE SPA/TUB OR EQUIPMENT.
