Cedar Mountain Spa Covers warrants this cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal usage, for a period of 48 months from the day of delivery to the original consumer, provided that the original invoice is returned to Cedar Mountain Spa Covers simultaneously with any claim.
Should you have a problem with your cover, call your authorized Cedar Mountain dealer from which you purchased your cover. Because Cedar Mountain delivers directly to most of it's dealers, you will have the convenience of working through a currently participating dealer.
Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by animals, fire, vandalism, excessive chemicals, improper installation and strain, excessive abuse or abrasion, acts of God or use of purposes other that that of which the cover was designed. Ordinary wear and tear, delimitation and seam splitting due to improper handling are not considered to be a defect in workmanship or material.

Cautions and Exclusions
Do not use plastic to cover your spa cover or leave metal or glass objects on top of the cover. The hot sun can melt the foam cores by super heating objects placed on the cover.
Conditions not covered but not limited to, are abuse, negligence, acts of God, misuse, burn damage to vinyl from improper use of water sanitizing chemicals and cleaning agents.
Broken foam cores are not covered by warranty nor are foam cores which have been saturated due to punctures, cuts or other abrasions not inflicted during normal use. Do not walk, sit, jump, or place any objects on cover. Should your Foam Core break or suffer from misuse for any reason during your 4 year warranty period simply contact your Spa Dealer and we will send them your new foam inserts at our cost.
