4 to 2 inch slope to allowing for maximum snow melt and rain run off.

Only extra durable virgin expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam is used for maximum strength.

Foam cores are sealed in a custom made tri-resin film to help prevent moisture absorption.

Steel reinforcement is inserted into foam cores to help prevent warping.

Commercial grade corrosion resistant nylon zipper.

Reinforced zippers, straps, handles and hinge.

Heat loss minimized by heat seal gaskets at hinge ends.

Color matched bonded premium polyester thread.

In addition to the features of their standard cover, this premium cover is made from virgin two pound high density foam. The 4 to 2 inch slope and steel reinforcement makes this the strongest foam core of its kind. This cover is ideal for snow load areas and when cover strength is a concern. Cedar Mountain uses only the finest virgin foam rather than scrap or recycled foam making their covers 30% stronger and more resistant against water absorption.
